Bicycling

Bicycling Chair: Tony Marchionne

The bicycling activity includes both road cycling and off-road cycling at all levels from beginner to advanced. There are supervised rides all year long.

We have road rides of varying difficulty every Saturday, Sunday and most holidays. During the Spring, Summer and Fall seasons, there are also road rides on many weekday evenings and some mornings.

The wide variety of difficulties offers cyclists the opportunity to continue to improve their riding abilities. An effective cycling training course is also offered several times a year to help beginner cyclists get started. The shorter less challenging road rides are generally limited to the southwestern part of Burlington County.

Longer rides take us into other parts of Burlington County ( including the Pine Barrens) Camden, Gloucester, Salem, Mercer, Monmouth and Atlantic Counties and into Pennsylvania for some hilly challenges.

Off-road rides leave from several locations in the Tri-State area. In all, there are lots of  activities to challenge cyclists at all levels.  Helmets are mandatory on all club rides.
