28 miles. 20-21+ mph  First half of the course is a warm up, not to exceed 21 mph. Second half is more interval training with a sprint finish thru the golf course; with a regroup before Kettle Run.

27 miles. 19-21 mph cruising pace.   This is not an OCSJ activity. Paceline ride. A tamer version of the "Hare" Ride. Intended to be a training ride for those who want to move up to CLASS A rides. After a brief warm-up, we maintain a 21+ mph pace. Everyone takes turns pulling.  If we leave on time, the "Hares" won't catch us -  if they do, get ready to hammer! 28.5 miles. 18-20 mph cruising pace.  Steady cruising B pace line, not to exceed 20 mph. Once we get to the home stretch and turn onto Church Road, anyone one who wants to break-away, is welcome to test their form, with a sprint finish at the bridge. The Ride Leader will continue the B pace at 20 mph and leave no one behind.  Meet at Shop Rite parking lot, corner of Union Mill Road and Elbow Lane, Mt. 35 miles.  14-16 mph cruising pace.   Ride will be a Class C+ pace (13 to 15 mph) - Ride Distance Around 35 miles through the towns of Camden & Burlington counties. (A 1.5mile shortcut is available that will provide ~5min to “catch” the lead group before the breakaway) Returns to lot ~10:15am.  Requirements: Paceline experience, Helmet, Spare Tube & Pump. This is the 30th edition of the second largest MS Bike Tour in the country and continually voted one of the best rides in the country by Bicycling magazine.  Ride options of 25, 50, 75 or 100 miles (one day) or 150 or 175 miles (two days).  Go to www.mscycling.org to register.
